How can one federal judge overturn the president?
As other responders have said, this is because the U.S. Constitution provides for a system of “checks and balances.” Any of the three branches of the federal government (Legislative, Executive, and Judicial) could either temporarily block or even overturn the actions of the others, but there are ways to reverse that. There is a fairly straightforward set of rules. Here is a simplified explanation:Let’s start with someone in Congress deciding that we need a new law, say to ban something, require something, or change an existing law. He or she submits a “bill” to Congress. Suppose that eventually both the Senate and the House of Representatives pass the bill. It gets sent to the President. The President has ten days to either sign the bill (in which case it becomes a law) or “veto” it, in which case it does not become a law. But if he or she vetoes a bill, Congress can “override the veto” by passing it again with a 2/3 vote of both houses, then it becomes a law. So neither the Legislative nor the Executive branches has total power.Usually there is some flexibility in the implementation of the law, so the Executive branch develops detailed regulations. For example, there are laws which say you cannot pollute the air and water, federal regulations specify the allowable emissions of various substances, how these are checked, etc. If Congress does not agree, it can pass a new law that is more specific. Again, there are checks and balances.Suppose someone is charged with a crime, and he argues that there is some ambiguity in the law. Judges (and sometimes juries) might have to decide the more-exact meaning of the law and how it applies in this case. That decision can usually be “appealed” to a higher court. Eventually the case could reach the Supreme Court, which has the final word on the interpretation of laws. What if Congress or the President don’t agree with the court? They can always pass a new law.One of the most important features of the U.S. Constitution is that it says there are some things the government can and cannot do. For example, the First Amendment says that people have the right to assemble peacefully and complain to the government. If there is a law or regulation which violates someone’s rights, such as banning any criticism of the government, you can protest to the courts. They have the power to temporarily block enforcement of the law while the issue is being settled, and even to eventually declare it “unconstitutional.” In that case it is no longer valid. This can be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. In this way, the Judicial Branch operates as a check on the other two.Does that mean the Judicial Branch is the most powerful? In some ways yes, but remember that federal judges are appointed by the President and must be confirmed by the Senate. So the views of the judges change over the years as new ones are appointed. And if necessary Congress can propose an amendment to the Constitution, If it is passed by a 2/3 vote of both houses of Congress, signed by the President, and approved by 3/4 of the states, the Constitution is changed. So that is how the government of the United States manages to operate in a fairly orderly fashion, where disputes can get settled and laws can change over time. It has worked that way since 1789.
How do illegal immigrants illegally vote during presidential elections?
They don’t.In-person voter fraud is extremely, extremely rare. One researcher found only 31 confirmed cases of in-person voter fraud between 2022 and 2022. throughout the whole country. How Voting Actually GoesLet’s look at the usual voting process. Until just over a month ago, I was registered in the same small town I’ve voted in for 18 years. I go to the town’s admin building, walk upstairs to the voting room. A nice old lady recognizes me (larger polling locations might see 300–400 people on average, mine probably fewer), I walk over to the “H” line, where they have a computer-generated book that’s got my name, address, and signature. I sign the book, they ensure it matches, and I get to vote. I can’t walk in there without a name and address. If someone had managed to steal my vote, I’d know it and let them know.I just moved to Delaware. To get my new license, I had to produce a valid passport (or birth certificate or other proof of citizenship), my old Jersey-verified license, two forms of proof of address, and proof of social security number. While registering for the license, I got the option to register to vote • Delaware has a “motor voter” law. No undocumented person is going to have that much fake IDm, and if they did, it would be spotted immediately. Some states have drivers licenses for undocumented people, but they use a different process, and those licenses clearly identify the person as a non-citizen.It’s actually pretty difficult to vote twice as a citizen. You’d have to register from two different addresses, and if they’re in the same state, you’re probably going to get caught quickly, if they didn’t have time to purge you. Between states, less difficult, but of course, if you’re caught, that’s voter fraud, and since that’s a Federal Crime, it’s the FBI coming for you, across states. Even nationally, you might get caught. And that’s with all the proper documentation of a citizen. DMVs country wide are using facial recognition software and other means (States Crack Down on Driver's License Fraud) to prevent license fraud • it’s a much bigger problem than voter fraud. This kicks out identity thieves trying to get a better ID with their photo on it, or someone like a person with suspended license trying to get a second license under a slightly different name. The Illegal Alien Voting FallicySince some readers are convinced that so many illegal aliens vote, let’s examine this notion. Consider the plight of the illegal alien • you’re here basically as a non-person. You’re in constant fear of being caught and deported. You don’t fly on planes, you don’t drive in many states, you try to become invisible. And yet, you go to the trouble of collecting some fake ID that will pass government scrutiny in order to register to vote illegally? Keep in mind that your poll location has all of the names of those registered to vote • you’re not going to be able to just walk in and vote.A few states offer same-day registration. Since illegal registration is voter fraud and thus a felony, if you’re caught trying to register with fradulent documents same-day, you’re arrested on site. Does this really sound like something an illegal alien, already afraid of being caught and deported, is going to do• and for what? What does all that risk buy them? It’s hard enough to get regular citizens to vote, with no risk at all. These voter rolls are constantly checked by computer and human. That process isn’t perfect • it might take a little while for a dead person to be removed (normal, but one source of propagandistic fake news claiming rampant voter fraud), it might take a year or so for you to be purged if you change states, though moving in-state is very efficient. If we knew that illegal aliens were voting, that means we actually caught them • that is the only way this information would be known. These people would have been arrested and deported. This would certainly be well known among the illegal immigrant population, all those people vanishing every November. My Life as an Undocumented ImmigrantHiding in Plain Sight: Inside the Life of an Undocumented ImmigrantWhat It's Like Growing Up As An Undocumented ImmigrantThe fear of deportation is making immigrants sickHow America's Idea Of Illegal Immigration Doesn't Always Match RealityThree Million Votes in Presidential Election Cast by 'Illegal Aliens'?The Actually True and Provable Facts About Non-Citizen VotingIllegal Voting Gets Texas Woman 8 Years in Prison, and Certain DeportationTrump’s Voter Fraud Numbers Are Apparently From a Random Guy With an Apphttp://www.latimes.com/politics/...
Does it take longer to register to vote than it does to buy a gun in the USA? Do they have a same-day voter registration? Do they have gun purging laws?
It takes substationally longer to register to own a gun. For example. I'm gun shopping right now. I'm looking at buying a new shotgun. I need something light and easy to maneuver. I am intending it for duck and dove hunting but also for run and gun phesant hunting. It must hold a maximum of 3 shots. Id prefere it to be 12 gauge to be compatible with my existing stock of ammunition. I dont know if i want side by side, pump, semi, or over under.I've looked at out 6 stores and checked out their shotguns and have not found anything I like yet. I've been out and about for roughly 8 hours now looking at guns. Now that I think I found what I'm looking for at my 7th shop. I got a choice. This franchi affinity, browning a5, Winchester super x4. I'm leaning towards the affinity. Franchi is a good brand and the shotgun feels nice. I can see it being heavily used.Took me 20 minutes to fill out my paperwork. I paid the nice young woman. I now have to wait a full week for my shotgun. While I'm here I have decided to pick up a small pistol for my neice and nephews to plink with. I have settled on a river gp100. I have paid the nice lady and filled out another 4473 and must wait 2 weeks before I can pick it up.By contrast, I registered to vote and was literally done in 30 minutes…..would of been less then 5 but the elevator was out of service so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and wait for the slow as molasses acne ridden hipster take his sweet time to get to me in line.As for purges. It is illegal for a gun purge. Once you own the gun you own it and the documents stating you own it are to be held for a set period of time before being given to the National Tracing Center. Not sure about the purging laws for voting.
How much would an accountant charge me for filling out a Quarterly Federal Tax Return (941) in Texas?
For full service payroll I charge $100 per month for up to 5 employees.  That includes filing the federal and state quarterly returns and year end W2's.If you just need the 941 completed and you have all of your payroll records in order, then the fee would be $50 to prepare the form for you.  Note that you also need to file a quarterly return with TWC if you have Texas employees.

Do military members have to pay any fee for leave or fiancee forms?
NOOOOOOO. You are talking to a military romance scammer. I received an email from the US Army that directly answers your question that is pasted below please keep reading.I believe you are the victim of a military Romance Scam whereas the person you are talking to is a foreign national posing as an American Soldier claiming to be stationed overseas on a peacekeeping mission. That's the key to the scam they always claim to be on a peacekeeping mission.Part of their scam is saying that they have no access to their money that their mission is highly dangerous. If your boyfriend girlfriend/future husband/wife is asking you to do the following or has exhibited this behavior, it is a most likely a scam:Moves to private messaging site immediately after meeting you on Facebook or SnapChat or Instagram or some dating or social media site. Often times they delete the site you met them on right after they asked you to move to a more private messaging siteProfesses love to you very quickly & seems to quote poems and song lyrics along with using their own sort of broken language, as they profess their love and devotion quickly. They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for. They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy. The military does prall the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. I received this wonderful response back with lots of useful links on how to find and report your scammer. And how to learn more about Romance Scams.Right now you can also copy the picture he gave you and do a google image search and you will hopefully see the pictures of the real person he is impersonating. this doesn't always work and take some digging. if you find the real person you can direct message them and alert them that their image is being used for scamming.Good Luck to you and I'm sorry this may be happening to you. please continue reading the government response I received below it's very informative.   You have contacted an email that is monitored by the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command.
